Yes! Without considering the design and material we won't be able to give you an exact price. But if you email or call us and provide us with details and pictures of the project we would gladly provide you with an estimated price range. If this price range is to your liking we would happily provide you with a detailed quote with the exact price of the project after an in-person consultation of the project.
How fast can you start?
Once agreed on a price, the design process begins. This process could take several weeks, especially if permits are involved. It is always the best idea to call us several months before your desired finish date so that you could be booked in and ensure the project is completed within your desired timeframe.
How Long Will My Project Take?
Every project is different. There is no universal time frame for a project to be completed. For example, there could be 2 kitchen renovations, one could take 2 weeks and another could take 2 months. The time frame will all come down to the size and complexity of the project. Once the project has received an in-depth consultation, we will be then able to provide you with an estimated time frame.
Will the price of my project ever change?
No. The fixed price will never change. If there are any changes needed to be made, then an approved work order will be submitted that would then reflect on the price.
Who will be the direct point of contact?
You will be assigned a project manager who will take care of you. He/She would be the direct point of contact for you.
Can we live in the home while it is under construction?
Yes. We always leave the project clean and in full livable condition. We also ensure to keep dust controlled to the best of our ability. Do keep in mind though that if you do live in the site while it's under construction, it would affect the timeline as we have to provide extra precaution to ensure your safety at all times.
Do you take smaller jobs?
Yes. We do take on smaller projects, but these jobs do not get priority scheduling as we are focusing on bigger projects most times. If you have a small project, you can contact us, and we would be happy to provide you with a timeline for that project.
How can I learn more about renovations?
